ToriCalc is a tool that is able to calculate the appropriate torus for a required inner and outer radius, as well as the scale factor required for its height if necessary. The "outer torus" option can be used to calculate both regular and reverse ratio outer tori.
If the generated torus does not exist with the LDraw library, it can be created using PrimGen2.
