new category, and user message

Not sure I see the need for a new category to differentiate between vandals and spammers but thanks, I guess. As for leaving a message at User talk:300 buy depo medrol... why bother? Those are bots and no human is going to read them. The block message is enough. ++Lar: t/c 13:23, 2 August 2009 (EDT)
