Different from previous governing bodies the current '''SteerCo''' has no chairman or a unofficial or hidden leader. The member that puts an issue for discussion, takes the lead on the topic. This includes calling for input, writing summaries, trying to reach a common agreement, keeping the discussion going if a standstill is noticed, calling for a final vote and eventually announcing the result on the forums and [[LDraw]]'s homepage.
